Hello, I get a 53003 error message when trying to log in to my azure environment. I tried the following

  • different laptops (all privately owned both windows as OSX)
  • removed cache and use incognito

In the past I could log in. Strange thing is that I'm able to login into windows360 though...

Appreciate the support. kr, Paul

    Hi Paul Le ,

Thank you for reaching out on the Microsoft Q&A .

The error is related to your organization's security settings blocking your access.

    Here's what you can try:

    1. Check with your IT department - They have the inside scoop on your account and can help resolve this quickly.
    2. Consider your location - If you're traveling or using a VPN, make sure it's allowed for Azure access by your organization.
    3. Try a trusted device - Log in from a device you've used for Azure before to see if it's a device-specific issue.
    4. Clear browser cache and cookies - Sometimes corrupted data can cause login problems.
    5. Double-check MFA (if enabled) - Ensure you have the correct method configured and it's working properly.

Additionally, you can try these solutions:

    1. Update your OS - Make sure your operating system is up to date, then restart your computer and check if the error is resolved.
    2. Clear the app cache - Reset the app that triggers the error, then restart your computer and see if it fixes the issue.

    Reference: Error Code 53003 Fix.

If these resources don't resolve your issue, you can submit a support ticket at Azure Support, and they will assist you further.

I hope this helps! If you have any further questions, feel free to ask.
