To better assist you to solve the problem, could you please describe more about the error?

    1. What is your account? Microsoft 365 or something else?
    2. Does the error occur recently? Did you perform any specific actions before the error occurred?
    3. Did the error only occur on the Outlook desktop client? If so, it is recommended that you please check the Outlook client version (File>Office Account>Product Information) and try to upgrade to the latest version to see if the problem is resolved.
    4. It is suggested to provide a screenshot of the error for our better analysis. (In order to avoid the privacy leakage, please remember to hide your personal information.)
