To better assist you to solve the problem, could you please describe more about the error?
- What is your account? Microsoft 365 or something else?
- Does the error occur recently? Did you perform any specific actions before the error occurred?
- Did the error only occur on the Outlook desktop client? If so, it is recommended that you please check the Outlook client version (File>Office Account>Product Information) and try to upgrade to the latest version to see if the problem is resolved.
- It is suggested to provide a screenshot of the error for our better analysis. (In order to avoid the privacy leakage, please remember to hide your personal information.)
In addition, I find a similar thread that many users find it useful, you may please feel free to refer to it.
If this doesn’t help, it is proposed that you create a new profile, re-add your account to the new profile and check if the same error still occurs.
