Three days ago, I had problems with the Microsoft Blend 2024 challenge on GitHub Copilot. Here's the URL to my question from 3 days ago: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1690417/two-questions-about-the-blend-2024-challenges

I'm trying to do this challenge but am being prevented by not knowing how to proceed. Please, help!

    Hi Rod Falanga,

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Q&A forum.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you're experiencing. Let's address your concerns one by one.

Question 1: Getting Credit for Completed Module

To ensure you receive credit for the module you've completed, please follow these steps:

    1. Sign in to Microsoft Learn: Go to Microsoft Learn and sign in with the same account you initially used for the GitHub Copilot challenge.
    2. Navigate to the Challenge: Locate the GitHub Copilot challenge module you completed and click on it.
    3. Click on the "Resume" Button: Instead of starting over, you should see a "Resume" button. Click on this to continue from where you left off.
    4. Verify Your Progress: Microsoft Learn should recognize your progress and grant you credit for the completed module.

If these steps don't work, try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then sign in again. This can often resolve issues with session data.

Question 2: Logging Back into the Module

To log back into the module and resume where you left off, follow these instructions:

    1. Sign in to Microsoft Learn: Make sure you’re signed in with the same account you initially used.
    2. Access the Challenge: Navigate to the GitHub Copilot challenge module you were working on.
    3. Click on the "Resume" Button: Look for the "Resume" button to continue from where you left off.

If you’re still being prompted to start over, consider the following:

    • Double-check that you're signed in with the correct account.
    • Ensure you’re accessing the same challenge module.
    • Clear your browser cache and cookies, then sign in again.

Your frustration is completely understandable, and I hope these steps help you get back on track. Keeping your GitHub repository safe is important, as it contains all your work from the challenge. If you have any further questions or need more assistance, please don't hesitate to ask.
