又出现了莫名其妙的费用

之前你们帮我清理过使用资料，一直都没用azure了，现在又出现了莫名其妙的费用，好像还是虚拟机的，之前最早我的免费的虚拟机还不能使用，后来说可以用的，调整了一下就好，现在又出现费用了。

因为不用，我之前还把所有azure里面的内容全删除了。

麻烦看一下怎么回事，这个费用没完没了了。
