Are you the owner of the site?
- If not, I am afraid we will not be able to assist you with the configuration or check the logs of the service.
- Apparently, the 3rd party is using Azure App gateway as a reverse proxy to their actual site and they have
- either misconfigured some settings so that you are receiving a 4XX error
- or blocking the request (e.g. GeoLocation)
- In any case, you have to raise the issue with the 3rd party, who in turn can raise a support incident with Microsoft to get this issue troubleshooted or address your 4XX Response code.
