I posted a Sales Invoice, but the transaction is not found in Customer Card balances

Hello,

I posted a Sales Invoice for a specific customer on 05/17/2024. If I go to Posted Sales Invoice, I can see that the transaction is properly posted. However, when I check on the Customer Card balances, the posted sales invoice cannot be seen so I cannot apply any payments. What do you think is the reason of the error? What do I do to fix this? Thank you.
