Why haven't I received a charge when using Microsoft Defender for Containers?
Defender for Containers was free during the preview, and became generally available recently depending on your environment so it's possible that billing has not caught up yet with use after general availability. You can explore cost estimation by looking at the Workbooks blade of the Defender for Cloud portal:

If you feel that there's been a billing error, you can always create a billing support ticket:
https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support
