How to get and create an image file from sharepoint and send it to powerapps to bring it to binary in Powerautomate for face recognition?

I have created a FACE API in Azure and flow to get the face recognition API, but when it comes to HTTP, I use the endpoint of Azure provided and there are errors 403 and 404, can you help me about this?
