Hi,

I'm trying to perform Identity Validation for Trusted Signing and I can't use my ABN when using the Registered Business Number option for Business identifier. I've tried using a DUNS but I keep getting rejected.

Nevertheless I'm verified correcty in Partner Center using my ABN. I've attached a screenshot with most parameters redacted. I've tried using my ABN both with and without spaces in the number. The portal just refuses to accept my ABN.

I contacted Azure Support and they said they couldn't help and I could only get this issue resolved using Microsoft Q&A and Stack Overflow (I'm not sure why this is the case to receive support for an Azure service).

I had the same issue for our organization in Switzerland!

But I finally managed to submit the form with these inputs:

    • I used the “Tax Id” and not the “Duns Number”.
    • The swiss business UID register let's you search for your company. Once you've got your tax number, in our case in the swiss format CHE-104.079.670, you have to retype it without hyphens or dots, and with the ISO country code (3 chars) as prefix: CHE104079670

This passed the validation successfully and we received the e-mail validation step just after it.
