In my power platform environment, why do I have no 'add database' option?

In the Power Automate training course (pl-500t00), it asked you to add an Environment in the Power Platform Admin Centre, then go into the new Environment and select 'Add Database'. There's a screenshot showing where the 'Add Database' button is, but in my Environment, there's no database options, certainly nothing where shown in the screenshot and nothing anywhere else that I can see. How can I add the database and continue with the training course? As I assume they database will be needed for the demos & practical parts of the course?

Power apps is not currently supported here on Q&A. The product group for Power apps actively monitors questions over at https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Power-Apps-Community/ct-p/PowerApps1

1.Verify Permissions: Ensure you have appropriate roles.

2.Check License: Confirm you have a license that supports database creation.

3.Create New Environment: Try a trial or sandbox environment.

4.Review Environment Settings: Look for any restrictions.

5.Enable Dataverse: Ensure it's available in your environment.

6.Refresh UI: Log out and back in or refresh the page.

7.Try Power Apps: Create the database from Power Apps.

By following these steps, you should be able to identify the cause of the issue and proceed with setting up the database in your Power Platform environment for your training course.
