Hi,

We are looking at using Content Organiser Folder Partitioning feature to tackle performance of Libraries with huge number of documents (in SharePoint Online). I have enabled and configured the Content Organiser as explained in https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/office/configure-the-content-organizer-to-route-documents-b0875658-69bc-4f48-addb-e3c5f01f2d9a article.

But this is not working. When the documents count threshold is reached, it does NOT create new folders?

Is there any other setting I need to configure for it to work, please?

    Hi @Nanjappa, Ashwini,

I believe that this feature has been deprecated in modern experience SharePoint. But I think this can be replaced by a Power Automate flow which automatically creates a subfolder when a file is created or uploaded to a folder whose items more than a specific amount.

As this community is currently not supported Power Automate, I suggest you go to this forum: Microsoft Power Automate Community which is dedicated to it. Experts there will give you instant help.

    Hope my answer helps. Thanks.
