I was testing settings with a new account I had quickly set up. Upon trying to log in i have an error of "We did not receive a valid email address from your identity provider". Is there a step I am missing? Or does simply creating an account not mean they have access to log in and I need to pay for something

Hi @RHR2 , what is the identity provider that you're using? Do you have the error code? It's possible that the identity provider is not configured correctly to provide the email address to the service you are trying to log in to. In this case, you may need to check the configuration of the identity provider and ensure that it is set up correctly to provide the email address.

It's also possible that the service you are trying to log in to requires additional information beyond just an email address. In this case, you may need to provide additional information to the service to complete the login process.

Please let me know if you have any questions and I can help you further.
