I am using my LMS365 app which required me to use microsoft authenticator app. once I logged in, the first 2-digits code popped out, then it leaded to me "Verify your identity", then there was a second 2-digits code as attached, but I had no place to type in my phone. I read the trouble shooting and tried to do restarting, redownload, allowing notification, but nothing happened, does anyone know any issues or setting problems?
