Cannot access my company email
I am writing to report a problem with accessing my company email. I have been unable to log in to my account since yesterday morning. I have tried restarting my computer and phone also clearing my browser cache, but the issue persists. Due to this issue, I cannot access my work to company email.
It is also related to issues logging in using the authenticator app. I am putting in the correct email and password then the "Approve sign in request" pops up where it shows me the 2 digit numbers. I log into the authenticator app and nothing is popping up which leads to me not getting the "Are you trying to sign in?" option where I type in the 2-digit numbers.
