Hi Support,

We received a notification about "Begin managing public content with Artifact Cache to mitigate the effects of rate limiting".

In AKS, the image is pulled directly from ACR, but the base image for building the Docker image in the Azure DevOps Pipeline is pulled from a third-party repository. Does this have an impact on my building of the Docker image and uploading it to ACR?
