Bing Map is not loading

I am trying to display the map using bingmap in my LWC component in salesforce community site, but the map is not loading due to the failure of loading the java script file from the static resource.

Look at the error in the network. If the JavaScript file isn't being downloaded, it's most likely a network related issue, such as a firewall or other related restriction in your network preventing access.
