Using a background behind quick links in modern sharepoint

Hi all,

Is it possible to have a backgroud set like: (Below is a classic site)

But on modern sites:

In the SharePoint modern page, you could set section background image. Here are steps:

1.In the section -> Click Edit section.

2.Background -> Add a background.
