I have created a custom model in document intelligence Studio with MODEL ID as ExtractModel
which is trained and ready but while using form recognizer API to use that custom model i am getting this error
Please help me resolving this so that i can use my model

I see from the screenshot you are using API version v2.1, if you have trained the model with a different version then this message is expected. Try to list models and then use the same.
Based on above, since you have named the model, I think this was trained with a higher API version than v2.1
