Hello @GarnetTopaz There could be a couple of different reasons for the Authenticator app to have multiple duplicate copies of your devices and thus send multiple notifications to the same set of devices. For example, if you rename a device or reinstall the app, it may appear as a new device to the Authenticator app, thus leading to duplicates. It could also be the case of some synchronization issue with Azure AD (AAD) or the Microsoft account thus leading to the same device being registered multiple times, resulting in duplicate notifications. Occasionally, app updates or bugs can cause unexpected behaviors as well and thus, ensure that you're using the latest version of the Authenticator app. One possible solution for you is to manually remove the duplicate devices from your Authenticator app. If the issue still persists, please consider reaching to Microsoft support for further assistance.
