How to redo completed modules

The first time you go through a learning module, you get the start button and nice next / previous navigation with the knowledge check at the end.

BUT - when you want to revise it and re-do the learning for an exam, you still have next/previous but they're at the top of the page, so you need to scroll up. Also and more importantly, everything is green, marked as complete - so there is no way to track your revision.

It would be nice to reset it - but don't take my XP away ! :D

So I could track my revision (even track how many times I'd revised it).

The AI answer mentions a reset button, I can't see it anywhere - but I would like to reset individual modules if possible.

    Hello Will Newman ,

Thanks for reaching out in the Microsoft Q&A!

While there's currently no reset function, you can provide feedback to Microsoft Learn about your desire for a revision tracking feature using the feedback forum here.

As a workaround, you can keep a personal record, such as a note or spreadsheet, to manually track your revisions for each module.

Please let me know if you have further questions.

    Hi Will Newman,

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Q&A forum.

As mentioned by Gowtham CP, there is currently no option to "reset" the modules so that they show as incomplete again. What we can do is start at the beginning and go through each module again. Unfortunately, directly redoing completed modules is not a built-in feature on Microsoft Learn.

However, we have the ability to revisit finished modules as often as desired. Microsoft Learn permits users to revisit modules even after completion. Users can access the learning path again and navigate to the specific unit they wish to review. This feature enables users to refresh their knowledge without impacting their current progress or achievements.

To track your revisions and XP points, consider creating a personal system and maintaining a separate document or note where you record the modules you have revisited. Regularly check your progress on Microsoft Learn to ensure you are on track.
