I woke up this morning boot up my pc and this happens, clicking the sign in button does nothing

Hi thank you for taking the time to reply to my question, i can't do anything from this point, i cant even sign in as another user or guest, and when i restart in safe mode and try to do a system restore or reset the pc it asks me to type in my password but even after typing the correct password it says my password is incorrect which i know to be false because i can log in with the same microsoft account on other computers.

If you are using a Microsoft account, then check it here:

If you are using a Local account then:

Restart the computer and repeatedly press the F8 key to enter the Advanced Boot Options.
Select Safe Mode with Command Prompt.
Once in Command Prompt, type net user username newpassword (replace "username" with your actual username and "newpassword" with your new password).
