    Thanks for your question.

    I would recommend the following to resolve this issue:

    1. Please, sign out from your active session and sign in with a new incognito window or any different browser. This can be the issue, but if this doesn't resolve go to step 2.
    2. If you are signing in to the Azure Portal by using your personal account then by default it will be connected to Microsoft Services tenant. To resolve this issue, create your own tenant by using access https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/free/ to create a free Azure account.
