- What's your current setup? e.g. Are you using AVS (Azure VMWare Solution)? How are you using Azure VPN?
- What are you trying to achieve? What is survey site? What does it mean by "they detect vpn"?
- What are other limitations or requirements?

I am afraid I did not understand your question.
- Can you please specify what you mean by "residential ip"
- Do you want to use a different IP that the one assigned by Azure to make outbound connections from your VM?
- If so, may I ask which IP you would like to use?
- Is this IP available on your OnPrem?
