    Hi Aman Kumar Soni,

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Q&A forum.

To address the issue, you are encountering with the Azure Service Plan status showing "BadGateway" while creating a chatbot, you can follow these advanced troubleshooting steps:

You must verify configuration settings to your App Service Plan is configured correctly. Check parameters such as the pricing tier, region, and resource group alignment. Incorrect configurations can lead to gateway issues.

Confirm that the network settings, including VNet (Virtual Network) integration and subnet configurations, are correctly set up. Misconfigurations in networking can prevent the service from properly communicating, resulting in gateway errors.

    • Verify that you have not exceeded any subscription quotas or limits. Azure imposes certain limits on resources per subscription and region. Check the usage and limits in the Azure portal under "Usage + quotas". Access the diagnostic logs and metrics for the App Service Plan. These logs provide detailed insights into the operations and can help identify the root cause of the gateway issue. Navigate to the "Diagnose and solve problems" section in the Azure portal for your App Service.

Since the deployment was interrupted, some resources might be in a corrupt state. Manually delete any partially created resources, especially the App Service Plan and related resources, and start a fresh deployment.
