Can not login to facebook and adsmanager coz of new phone

Hi, I lost my iphone and did not have secured my authenticator. I think I was using my private email for authenticator.

So now it´s impossible to login to facebook were I spend a lot of money on ads. I have been talking to facebook for hours but the only soloution what they say is to get help from Microsoft.
