How I can reschedule my exam?

Where to find a option to reschedule my exam scheduled with Pearson Vue? As per email, I can change by using link 'aka.microsoft/examreschedule' which does not seem work. As per Pearson Viue website, we could change using link 'Upcoming Appointments' which I can't find where it would be. I can't even see an option to login to Pearson Vue site.

Any help please?

Hi Sashidhar,

Normally your appointment should appear on your Certifications tab:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/me/credentials?tab=credentials-tab

If you do not see the option on your certification tab you may contact Pearson VUE customer support:

https://home.pearsonvue.com/microsoft/contact
