Deployment user not have enough permission, give that I hope issue will be solve.
Issue with Deploying Azure stack HCI23H2 cluster via azure portal

Hi Gents
I am deploying azure stack HCI 23H2 via Azure portal .. Having three nodes cluster with two intent 1 " Mgmt&Compute" and second intent "Storage". both intent having dual net adaptor for redundancy.
Cluster is validated succesfully.
But Deployment is getting failed at the stage of creating the cluster
Error details : Type 'ConfigCluster' of Role 'Cluster' raised an exception: Cannot bind argument to parameter 'Path' because it is null. at Test-StorageCluster,Errorsnip.png
I reviewed the cluster deployment logs, can see the error " Cannot bind the argument to parameter "Path" because it is null.

This issue needs deeper investigation. Support team will be able to check and help on this. I would recommend you to open a azure support case. -

Yes, we have raised the support case as well, Team have escalated the issue to PG Team. We are struggling to get the response from them.
