    Hello,

To troubleshoot this issue, I recommend that you try the following steps:

    1. Update your Windows operating system to the latest version. This can be done by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
    2. Check for updates to the Photos app. This can be done by opening the Microsoft Store app, clicking on the three dots in the top right corner, and selecting "Downloads and updates."
    3. Run the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter. This can be done by going to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Windows Store Apps.
    4. Reset the Photos app.Click Start menu > Type Apps & features. Select the app that you want to reset in the list of all the installed apps. Click the Advanced Options link under the application's name. Tap the Reset button to reset an app's setting. A confirmation message will pop up. Click Reset button to confirm you want to clear the app's data. Best Regards,

    Hania Lian
