I lost my access to Authenticator app

Hello!

Currently I can't log into my Facebook account from another device because it asks me for a code in the Microsoft 2F app which I can't get because I don't have access to the app because my phone was stolen and when I downloaded all the data to the new phone, access to the two-factor authentication program was not transferred to the new phone in iCloud keys.

Now in the application I do not have any access to accounts.

Unfortunately, I do not have the function to send the code to an email address or phone number. There is an option to get it only from the Microsoft two-factor authentication app, which I don't have access to. Also, there is only one option to confirm login from another device, but this option does not work, since the confirmation does not come to the other browser. I have already contacted Facebook support about this issue, they don’t know how to help me.

I also can’t start recovering my Facebook account, since I know the password, email and phone number, but since two-factor authentication is enabled, I can’t move forward. I also cannot turn it off in my personal account, since this is the only method of login confirmation.

Can I renew access on the new phone because I can lose access to my Facebook account?
