How to reset or login without authenticator

Question

Hello! Have a one-person business with a Microsoft 365 Business Standard license. I know my password to it and I have reset it as well to try to solve the problem. However, it always wants me to approve the login in the authenticator app. However, I don't have the phone left with it in it and I can't add it to the new phone either because I then have to log in with the Authenticator app. I also can't get into my admin page where I have to log in and use my authenticator app. I can't get the verification code for my backup email that I get the password reset for either so I can't access my account and since I reset my password I can no longer access my email or teams or anything. Getting in touch with microsoft seems to have made it impossible as well since I have to be logged in which I can't and call for help is not possible either because the number that is available is just disconnected. How do I proceed so that I can reset authenticator so that I can get a verification code to my backup email that I get a password reset for? And to clarify, this post is sent from another company account where I don't have admin permission but can log in to since I can't log in to my own company again even to write a post in the community. And don´t tell me to change something in Azure portal or contact my admin. I am the admin and I can not log in to Azure or anything because of the autheticator app
