Need admin approval for app that already has permissions for Microsoft Teams

I've tried to add the signNow app to Microsoft Teams, however the 'Need admin approval' error is being returned although I am a Teams admin, and have contacted the global admin who has also given full permission to the app. It's been granted permission in the Teams admin and Azure settings too. The app is also available to everyone in Teams admin.

Please make sure the app is enabled in Teams admin center:

Additionally, please ensure that you have been assigned the necessary permissions to use SignNow:

If you have completed the required steps above, please try clearing the Teams desktop client cache and logging in again. You can also try uninstalling SignNow and reinstalling it.
