    Hi bailey.wirdzek,

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on the query posted, we understand that you are facing difficulties in creating or accessing a working instance of the sandbox.

To address this reported issue, please follow the troubleshooting steps outlined below:

1.Ensure that we are using the correct Azure account associated with our Microsoft Learn profile. If we don't have an Azure account, we can create one with a free tier subscription using this link: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/free. For students, access to the subscription is available through this link: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/free/students/.

2.Verify the correctness of the entered username and ensure that the associated password is entered correctly. Pay close attention to any potential typographical errors or inadvertent activation of the Caps Lock function.

3.Check the status of any previously accessed sandbox environments to see if they are active or have expired. Microsoft Learn sandboxes are temporary environments designed for practicing concepts, and they have a limited lifespan ranging from 1 to 4 hours, depending on the module. These sandboxes will deactivate automatically after a period of inactivity and will require reactivation upon expiration.

4.Corrupted browser data may contribute to login difficulties. We kindly advise clearing the browser cache and cookies before making a subsequent attempt to access the sandbox.

If you continue to face issues, please let us know in the comments section. We are here to assist you.
