Subscription Issue

Question

Subscription needs to be under a student account, and currently enrolled as a concierge subscription. I would like help for it to be changed to Azure for Students like my classmates.

I understand you would like to switch your current Concierge subscription to an Azure for Students subscription, similar to your classmates.

While I don't have the capability to directly change your subscription type, I can certainly guide you through the process:

Sign Up for Azure for Students: If you haven't already, please visit the Azure for Students website and sign up using your valid school email address.

Contact Microsoft Support: Once your Azure for Students account is set up, you can request the change from your current Concierge subscription to the Azure for Students subscription. To do this:

• Log in to the Azure portal.
• Click on the 'Help + support' option in the top menu.
• Select 'New support request.'
• Choose 'Subscription management' as the issue type and provide a detailed description of your request.

Microsoft Support will review your submission and get back to you with further instructions or confirmation of the change.
