Outlook sync issue

Hi,

The error I am encountering in Outlook is: "One or more items in the folder you synchronized do not match. To resolve conflicts, open the items and try this operation again." I've followed some steps but the issue persists. Can you please help.

did an O365 repair, created new profile removed OST,

cleared offline data...

    Hi TechUST,

    Open Outlook

    Find the Conflicting Items: Look for the items causing conflicts. Look for the “Sync Issues” folder, which contains information about synchronization issues.

    These could be emails, calendar events, or other data.

    Retry sync again

    According to my research: This issue happens when there is a local conflict of the calendar item in Outlook Desktop. The server copy of the calendar item does not have a conflict. I am afraid it is a known issue, and the Outlook Team is investigating this issue.

    In the meantime, there are some workarounds you may refer to, considering you have tried ‘cleared offline data...’, it is recommended that you please try workaround 2. More information: Outlook shows conflict errors when updating or cancelling meetings - Microsoft SupportUser's image
