Azure Well-Architected Assessment confusing score for reliability Pillar

Hello,
I have done some assessments with the well architected assessment tool, but it appears the the reliability pillar has some issues. I've select all answers but still the score is MODERATE with 100/200. Is this a bug?
Not exactly a Azure VM issue, but I couldn't find a suitable tag.
