    Hi Bernard Watson,

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

You can reach out Azure billing and subscription management team by creating a billing support request. Billing support request via Azure portal is free for all Azure customers and doesn't require a paid support plan. Please select 'Billing' under 'issue type' while creating the support request.

    Hi Bernard Watson,

We appreciate your engagement with us on the Microsoft Q&A forum.

In addition to @Vinodh247-1375, To address your billing issue, follow these steps to create a support request in the Azure portal:

    • Go to Cost Management + Billing in the Azure portal. Under Billing, click on Invoices and find the invoice marked as overdue or outstanding.
    • Click on the + New support request button. This will open a form where you can specify the details of your issue, Under Issue type, select Billing, and for Problem type, choose Payment issues.
    • Describe the issue, including the amount of the overdue invoice and the difficulty in paying it, click Next.
    • Make sure to include the invoice number, the amount due ($0.02), and any details regarding the payment attempts if you have made.
    • Proceed to enter all necessary details, verify that your email and phone number are correct,
    • The Azure support team will review your request and get in touch with you to assist in resolving your billing issue.

Additionally, follow the link - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-portal/supportability/how-to-create-azure-support-request to create support case.

You must keep going. If you scroll down, you can see the Next button. It will take you to the next stage where you can describe your issue.
These are the steps I did:
Azure home --> Cost management ---->Billing---->Invoices------>"You can't pay the invoice in the portal. Please contact Azure support for assistance." (press arrow in the end of this message to go to azure support page)--->Create support Request ---->Choose Billing--->Press Next---- >Scroll down and find Contact Support under the "Need more help?"----->Under the "Help+Support" press "Create a support request" ------>fill aout the fields:
    Issue Type: - Billing
Summary: - Can't find a way to pay past due invoice
    Problem Type: Assistance with billing
Problem Subtype: Help Understanding my invoice
------>Press next------> Skip the recommended solution, go back and press next again ---->Go to Additional details ----Provide everything you are asked there and -------> press review and create.

Make sure to enter your invoice numbers and amounts. Choose phone or email for communication.
