HID Compliant touch-screen not found for Dell P2424HT Monitor

Recently bought dell-P2424hT monitor which works on a desktop yet there isn't touch_screen feature .Could it be it's because I haven't activated windows11 home which expires in 26 days ??? ???? ?? I tried updating unactivated windows11 yet can't find anything related to touch-screen for monitor. .

Am getting apprehensive if this monitor was fake- goods as if I was duped when buying it .bandicam 2024-06-11 08-35-50-109

    After checking manual +repositioning cable ,found out it was not tightly plugged ;therefore touch -screen feature returned when cable is connected well
