Unable to log in after I accidentally deleted the account from the Microsoft Authenticator on my phone

Question

 

May I know if there is a way to restore a deleted account on Microsoft Authenticator (or log into the https://developer.microsoft.com/zh-cn/dashboard/hardware without the code generated by the Microsoft Authenticator)?

It’s a business account and the problem is I am the admin, it’s the admin account I can't log into.

I accidentally deleted the account from my authenticator app on my phone (backup was also not switched on unfortunately).

 I'm now unable to log into my account here https://developer.microsoft.com/zh-cn/dashboard/hardware

Moreover, the Microsoft Authenticator also asks for a verification code (approve a request on the Microsoft authenticator app) when I tried to add the account. I’m in a logging loop.

 

I called the number found on this page https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/global-customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2, but it is not answered by a real person.

 

I cannot find out how to contact support without being logged in. I’ve had to log in a different account to send the message.
