Because up to 10 days ago, email notifications for @mention, PR created/accepted, User Story etc. all were being mentioned to the respective parties.
And all of a sudden it stopped coming. Any reasons? I ask because there isn't any where written in Azure DevOps Documentation if such is true.
Because even whenever I mention myself now, the issue persists and mail is nowhere to be seen.
But I had followed that and nothing is changed, the mails just stopped coming.
I had given my Email urls and donot deliver was unchecked, and all that before it worked for around 5 months. All the employees were getting notifications. Just vanished around week to 10 days ago.

From the screenshot provided, it seems you are using Azure Devops Server, that means you need to troubleshoot why the emails are not getting delivered. There is a detailed troubleshooting article available in Microsoft Learn, refer it below.
