To me there is a typo error here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/modules/fundamentals-generative-ai/5a-microsoft-copilot

Where it says "Copilot for Dynamics 365 Sales: Sales professionals can use Copilot to quickly find relevant customer and industry information by integrating with the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) database and beyond. This can enable an account manager to quickly review and qualify a lead, generate a proposal, and set up a customer engagement to close the deal." it should says "qualify a deal," instead ? So lead is wrong and it should be deal ?

Thanks a lot Kiran for your prompt response and clear statement. I do really appreciated. It was my fault not to check it first. If that helps for other people I found the following"Difference between Lead, Contact, and Customer

Lead: is a potential Customer, someone who can give you business.

Customer: is an individual or organization who has given you business.

Contact: is a person who belongs to the Customer. This is applicable in business-to-business scenario, where you may contact multiple individuals belonging to the same customer.

A Lead can be converted to a Customer by selecting “Customer” from the Make dropdown. Once the Customer is created, the Lead becomes “Converted” and any further Opportunities from the same source can be created against this Customer."
