How can I fix an App Service always Loading Deployments and never loads up the webpage?

I am attempting to deploy a web app using the free plan provided with the Azure For Students subscription. However, the deployment status is always loading and the webpage always times out. I have noticed I get 2 risk alerts as shown in the attached screenshot. I have attempted to enable health check but I cannot since this is the free version, is that what's causing the problem? What about the other risk/alert? Any idea how to fix this? Thanks.

    Hi there!

Those two alerts are fairly common notifications for web apps. They aren't your root cause for your issue however.

If you go to your Web App resource > Diagnose and solve problems > 'Application Logs' and 'Web App Down' under the 'Availability and Performance' category. These two categories should help show you the relevant logs on why your web app is not loading properly.

Hope this helps. Drop a comment if you need further help, otherwise if this helps you find the root cause for your fix then mark as accepted.
