Why is my AZ-700 exam status : score pending

Question

Its been 24hrs since I passed my AZ-700 exam.

My Pearsonview exam history shows my exam as completed but the status reads as "score pending."

what it going on?

How do i get my score report and certificate?

I called pearsonview and they advised to wait 24hrs. called back and they said call microsoft, called back and they said wait 48hrs. no one knows whats going on.
