Problem pulling docker images on azure

While running an automated data collection pipeline on Azure ML, I am encountering this error:

Warnings: Failed to execute command group with error An unexpected error occurred while executing command due to: Failed to pull Docker image mcr.microsoft.com/azureml/runtime/cap/lifecycler/installed:canadacentral-stable due to: None

Please let me know how to resolve this. The code was working fine till yesterday (June 10th) but is not working today.

We re-ran the script just now and are seeing the same errors:

Failed to execute command group with error An unexpected error occurred while executing command due to: Failed to pull Docker image `mcr.microsoft.com/azureml/runtime/exe/execution-wrapper/installed:canadacentral-stable` due to: None

Failed to execute command group with error An unexpected error occurred while executing command due to: Failed to pull Docker image mcr.microsoft.com/azureml/runtime/cap/cs-capability/installed:canadacentral-stable due to: None

Failed to execute command group with error An unexpected error occurred while executing command due to: Failed to pull Docker image mcr.microsoft.com/azureml/runtime/cap/lifecycler/installed:canadacentral-stable due to: None

Please check and let me know.

Also, does Azure have a portal / alerting system through which users can be alerted when an outage happens ? If so, please share the link. It will be very helpful for us as we have many business applications that run on Azure and are used by downstream users.
