Hello.

Does anyone know if it's possible to OS reaload an Azure VM ?

In my tests, using the redeploy (which just moves the vm from one host to another) and reaply didn't work.
I created a test file and at the end of both processes it was still there.

What I need is to the machine come back as a fresh install. It's actually part of a NVA deployment, so I woudn't like to delete and create again, since it will cause me other kind of problems.

Regards

Marcos Oliveira.

It is not possible to take an existing Linux VM and reset it to baseline. If you need to keep the Azure resources in place, but want to start fresh otherwise you could consider swapping the OS disk to one from a fresh VM or backup.

Hope this helps! Let me know if you have questions or need further assistance.
