after passing the exam, I didn't get my azure fundamentals az-900 certification in my portal , what i will do?

According to your description, it seems you have passed the exam while you can’t find the certificate. May I know whether you have received the email from Microsoft with the certification ID and access code? If so, you need to access Migration (microsoft.com), sign in your account, and enter the certification ID and access code.
