More issues trying to migrate mailboxes from Exchange 2010 over a slow link. Previously managed to migrate a few mailboxes off this server, but now the remaining few are problematic. This is the cmd I run and the error received. The mailboxes are still sending and receiving emails, so no issues with the server itself, so don’t understand the error with regards not being able to connect to the source mailbox. No firewall issues either? Any ideas on what to try?

Quick checks;
- Verify that the server name and connection settings are correct in your migration endpoint configuration.
- Confirm that the migration account has the necessary permissions to access the source mailbox.
- Investigate any events related to the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service on the mailbox database server.
- The events you mentioned (7036) indicate service state changes. Make sure the Information Store service is stable.
- Exchange 2010 has latest update? Consider applying the relevant hotfixes or updates to address known issues.
- Exchange 2010 hybrid with 365:
- Ensure your Exchange 2010 environment meets the prerequisites for hybrid deployment.
- Configure your DNS records and certificates correctly.
- Ensure you have valid licenses for Exchange Online.
