I think that built-in report give you the detail that you need.

Exporting M365 Groups Usage and Creation Date: You can use the Microsoft 365 admin center to get a report of the groups1. In the admin center, select Reports, and then select Usage. Exporting Groups with Teams and without Teams: In the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, select Groups > Active groups. Select Export groups. This exports to a .csv file in which you can open and filter the column data.
