Unable to see Data Share Invitation from resource provider

Hello,
I am creating a SQL Database and this would be the 2nd one I made. The first one went smoothly, and I am now creating one for a client. When I am sent a Data Share Invitation, and hit the accept button, I receive an error:
I also notice that there is no refresh button. There is no custom domain for this subscription (*.onmicrosoft.com) and the data share was sent to the email of the owner of the account. Any help is appreciated.

The email used to create the account is *@dentalbrightgroup.com and I am not using a custom domain for this Data Share account. I am using the Microsoft provided domain:
overjetdentalbrightgroup.onmicrosoft.com
I did wait 2 days, and it is still giving me the same error. I am trying to avoid paying for support. Am I forced to register my domain as the primary custom domain with a TXT record? I am trying to avoid that because I do not have control over the DNS.
