    Hi @ Michiel

    Welcome to our forum!

According to your description,  i know that the time shown when you received the mail in your mailbox does not match the actual time. Based on my research, the following settings may cause the issue:

    1. The time zone setting (Setting icon>Calendar>View>Time zone) in Outlook.office.com does not match your area.
    2. The browser's time setting is inappropriate and there is a conflict with the outlook.office.com.
    3. The time and date settings of the system (Setting>Time&Language>Date&time>Time zone) do not match those of Outlook.office.com, so that the display is different.

    Hope it helps!
