Merge two accounts. completed Microsoft Azure AI-102 exam last month. I provided my Personal email ID. But I haven't received the completed certificate and not reflecting in Pearson Vue portal as well.

I completed Microsoft Azure AI-102 exam last month. I provided my Personal email ID. But I haven't received the completed certificate and not reflecting on the Pearson Vue portal as well. Not sure there are multiple accounts(2 accounts). Please check and merge the same so that I can get the completed AI -102 certificate.
